Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Deal Wings website (the “Site”) and its content. They supplement our Terms & Conditions, which govern subscription, billing, and the broader commercial relationship between you and Deal Wings LLC. In the event of a conflict, our Terms & Conditions control.

1. Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, our Terms & Conditions, and our Acceptable Use Policy, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for your individual, non-commercial use.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must use a unique password, you must not share your account, and you must promptly notify us at hello@dealwings.co of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to do, and not to attempt to do, any of the following:

• Access the Site by any automated means, including bots, scrapers, spiders, or headless browsers, except as expressly permitted by our robots.txt.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of the Site or any part of it, except to the extent applicable law prohibits such restrictions.
• Frame, mirror, embed, or otherwise reproduce the Site or any portion of it in another site or service without our prior written consent.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access-control features of the Site, including rate limits, authentication, paywalls, or other technological protection measures.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any associated network or system, except where conducted in good faith pursuant to a written authorization from us.

• Use the Site in any manner that violates these Terms of Use, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including without limitation text, graphics, images, logos, icons, photographs, audio clips, software, compilations, and the design and arrangement of the foregoing (collectively, “Site Content”), is owned by Deal Wings LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited license granted in Section 1, no right, title, or interest in any Site Content is transferred to you. All rights are reserved. “Deal Wings” and any associated logos and slogans are our trademarks; all other marks are the property of their respective owners and used here for identification purposes only.

5. User Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information you submit to us regarding the Site is non-confidential and non-proprietary, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without any obligation to you. Treatment of profile data, support correspondence, and other User Content is governed by Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.

6. Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to or interoperate with third-party sites or services that are not under our control. We provide such links for convenience only; their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s terms.

7. Modifications to the Site

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, including the availability of any feature, content, database, or category. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access without notice or liability.

8. Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including without limitation intellectual-property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
