Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) describes conduct that is prohibited on the Deal Wings service and is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use. Violation of this AUP is a material breach and may result in suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice and without liability.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance, including U.S. export controls and sanctions.
• Use the Service from any embargoed country or jurisdiction, or if you are listed on any U.S. sanctions list (including the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List).
• Infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, contract, privacy right, or other right of any person.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any other person.
• Submit User Content that is defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, or that promotes illegal activity or violence.
• Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or otherwise deceive other users.
• Transmit malware, spyware, ransomware, or any other malicious code, or take any action that may damage, disable, or impair the Service or any related infrastructure.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any associated network or system, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, except in good faith pursuant to a written authorization from us.
• Use bots, scrapers, spiders, headless browsers, or any other automated means to access the Service or extract data from it, except as expressly permitted by our published robots.txt.
• Use the Service or any data obtained from it to develop, train, or benchmark a competing service, model, or dataset.
• Resell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service or any content obtained from it.
• Share, transfer, or sell your account, account credentials, or subscription to any other person.
• Engage in deceptive booking behavior, such as fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, or coordinated activity intended to manipulate fares or availability.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or to spam any person.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service for any user, including by submitting excessive volumes of requests or otherwise overusing shared resources.

2. Reporting and Enforcement

If you become aware of any actual or suspected violation of this AUP, please report it to hello@dealwings.co. We may investigate any actual or suspected violation in our sole discretion and may take any action we deem appropriate, including warning, suspending, or terminating offending accounts; removing or refusing to display offending content; cooperating with law enforcement; and pursuing any other remedy available at law or in equity. Deal Wings LLC is not obligated to take any particular action and is not responsible for the conduct of users.

3. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated AUP will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the modified AUP.
